The Operator Assistant is responsible for packing product on production lines according to instructions and/or customer specifications. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, willing to learn and work in a clean, fast paced production environment
Job Requirements
- Quality Inspection
- Package work in process and finished product from Rotary Thermal Forming and/or Printing lines
- Run the scoring machine
- Report any non-conformances noted during packing to the Machine Operator
- Rework non-conforming product in accordance with documented work instructions
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including the heat
- Repetitive bending from the upright position to approximately a 35 degree angle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, which requires bending and stooping

- 3 day weekend every other week
